Tero-Matti joined DSharp Oy in October 2021 as CEO. He is an experienced leader with a versatile background. Previously he worked at Productivity Leap, DigiFinland and Cerion Solutions as an architect, data engineer, senior consultant and VP of Business Intelligence. Before the career in the ICT industry he worked in several leading positions, including ICT Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director, also internationally.
Tero-Matti was the key player in designing the Finnish national Data Platform Architecture for the Health And Social Services Reform.
Tero-Matti is a Master of Science in Technology (Industrial Engineering and Management) and executive MBA. He is also a Microsoft Certified Expert in Data Management and a Certified Data Vault 2.0 Practitioner.
