Varha built a data-driven management system

How DSharp's automation adapted to the needs of a wellbeing services county — building the data foundation for management by knowledge.

Management by knowledge sounds simple until you try it: it only works if the knowledge underneath is trustworthy, consistent, and current. For a newly formed wellbeing services county, that foundation had to be built almost from scratch.

The challenge

Varha was assembled from many organizations, each with its own systems and its own way of describing the same things. A data-driven management system needed one dependable foundation across all of them — not a patchwork stitched together by hand.

What they did with DSharp

The team modeled their concepts once and let DSharp's automation generate the structures around them. Crucially, the automation adapted to Varha's model — not the other way around — so the tooling fit the county's needs rather than forcing the county to fit the tool.

The outcome

A working data-driven management system, resting on a foundation the county trusts. Leaders can manage by knowledge because the knowledge finally holds up.
