Yngve is a seasoned business development professional, that has been active in developing more than 15 different successful companies. These include global corporations like Accenture, Nokia and Apple as well as successful startup companies like IOBox, Terra Mobile (both currently part of telefonica.com), Kronodoc, UniqMinds and Cerion. The startup projects included development and exits.
Currently Yngve is leading the board of DSharp and is most active in the go-to-market and fundraising projects. He is an active investor also.
Yngve’s approach to business development is in building pragmatically efficient bridges between business units, ICT and management. Successful companies understand their key stakeholders’ viewpoints far below the surface and can naturally create innovative (sometimes also disruptive) win-win proposals. Customers, partners, personnel, investors and regulators may get different management focus and priorities from time to time, depending on different situations, selected tactics and strategies.
